How To Brainstorm Ideas Effectively internet marketing
We would all love the ability to pick out great ideas from thin air, but in reality there’s a lot more too it than that. Before beginning any brainstorming session I like to enter my office, grab a cup of hot chocolate and lock myself in the room. By all means this is not for everyone, you may want to start your brainstorming session in garden or in your bedroom. The most important thing is that you are comfortable in your surroundings so your creative juices can start to flow.

Brainstorming is where all ideas can be explored – don’t weasel out of this step until you have dispelled every morsel of creativity from your bones, you will be doing your self a disservice and reducing your potential to succeed.

I’m not sure If I made this point clearly, but brainstorming stripped bare (In the nude) is all about finding a solution to a problem. You got that? If you have an idea but it does not target a particular problem in the market or offer a solution for people facing certain issues. You want to go back to the drawing board and start again. Why? Because if no problem exists then you have no market - its simple.
Here’s a real example for you to get your head around. Well on a large internet marketing forum (you probably know which one I’m taking about) on a daily basis users launch a whole host of different products and services to the niche community.
Now as a test I wanted to tap into this marketplace, so after an intense brainstorming session I came up with the idea of designing sales pages (This is the solution) for users that release new or have an existing product for sale already. I had been monitoring how the internet marketers had been presenting their goods and services – in all honesty a majority of these internet marketers were missing a trick by not having an eye catching sales page to draw the attention of potential customers. Mostly they were using bland uninteresting, text only format that didn't hold their attention. (This is the problem) Most expected interest to be instantly generated because they used a bold font for the headline and partially changed the font to red.
The beauty of this idea was that a constant steady flow of work can be obtained with minimal amounts of promotion. It relies heavily on providing an outstanding service, with happy clients then spreading the word basically referring new business. It was also a good choice because I am proficient in Photoshop and have spent many years using the software to produce a variety of different work. I find it fun and interesting (Keep note).
The service I offered was a resounding success, it proves that even in a niche that seems competitive and tapped out you can create a whole new business with no real competition. Fast forwarding six weeks later and now I have 3 to new individuals offering the same service – GO FIGURE. When an opportunity arises it doesn’t stay unchallenged for long.
Mind Mapping Like A Professional
Brainstorming sessions can be sometimes quite demanding even as an experienced internet marketer. The main goal is to write down an “Opportunity” that you could potentially earn you an income. With this being the being attach different branches that host different ways your “Opportunity” could be executed, consider what will hold you back and things you want to achieve. I know that everyone learns in different ways so I have included and example to give you ideas.
I’m not going to tell you how to suck eggs (Actually yes I will, I advise using a straw), but before you rush off and jump into a project without fully thinking things through take the time to gather your thoughts and ideas using a brainstorm.
Then turn your idea into a mind map with a mind map you can outlay potential problems, issues, actions, goals and other things you will face. Constructing a mindmap will allow you to visualise and build structure to your idea along with all additional information. Becoming a success does not happen by accident, you must plan for it.
